If you enjoyed the 2018 vintage, you'll love the 2019. La Frérie never ceases to amaze us. Ample and delicate, its floral register tinged with a slight hint of hazelnut in its youth will evolve into aromas of undergrowth, truffle, and honeyed notes as it ages. A lovely Pouilly-Fuissé that reflects its terroir!

About the estate:
In 1946, Francis Auvigue joined forces with three other producer friends to create a small wine merchant specializing in Pouilly-Fuissé. Jean-Pierre and Michel, Francis' grandsons, took over in the 1970s and developed other appellations in the Mâconnais region. In 2017, the company took over a 7-hectare vineyard and moved into the former church of Fuissé, which was converted into a winemaking, tasting and sales facility. Today, Sylvain Brenas, Francis's great-grandson, and Céline Hirsh are at the helm.
