About the wine:

The 2021 Soave Classico bursts from the glass with an intense explosion of tart citrus, crushed stone, sea spray, and bitter melon. Its medium-bodied texture spreads across the palate, beautifully contrasted by a lingering note of sweet and tart green citrus and a zesty liveliness. Granny Smith apples and exotic flowers follow one another throughout the finish, which lingers unexpectedly with the 2021. Wait, is this an entry-level Soave Classico? Bravo.
