Pale straw yellow color with gray highlights. Delicate nose of pear and white flowers, followed by light honey. Discreet and elegant on the palate with a beautiful curve of acidity, juicy. Round, balanced finish with a slight salinity. Enjoy on its own or with vegetable appetizers!
