Domaine Badoz
Domaine Badoz has been a family-owned vineyard for 10 generations. Since 2003, Benoît Badoz has been at the helm of the estate, having cut his teeth in Burgundy, Bordeaux, and abroad. His experience and love of the land have led him to offer two styles of wine for Domaine Badoz: a classic range that reveals all the typical characteristics of the Jura terroir and a surprising "new generation" range.
Located in Poligny, Domaine Badoz mainly cultivates the "Roussots" and "Grands Roussots" terroirs, with blue, gray, and red clay subsoil derived from Lias marl, Triassic marl, and Bajocian limestone scree. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, with grass cover every other row and no use of insecticides or chemical fertilizers.
