About the estate:
Paul Old cultivates these old vines using biodynamic methods between Corbières and Roussillon. His minimalist approach in the cellar yields some outstanding wines (Prioundo and L’Extrême, both whites) but also some less impressive ones, with excessive carbonation in certain vintages and, at times, a lack of clarity. However, the wines age well and benefit from aeration.

A very well-crafted wine with a complex nose of dark fruit and fig. The acidity on the finish livens up the palate.
