The 40th is a unique cuvée, which has benefited from foot treading, vinification without racking, and 24 months of aging in barrels. It develops a very intense bouquet with aromas of red fruits evolving into more candied notes and aromas of black olives and toasted bread. Powerful and balanced on the palate, with aromas of small black fruits and a slightly licorice finish. A return to nature, to authenticity, a return to our roots!

A powerful wine with very ripe black fruit flavors. Enormous length. Be sure to aerate it several hours beforehand. A great wine, but not cheap.
