Certified organic since the previous vintage, Château des Peyregrandes’ Faugères is a highly expressive wine that opens with notes of ripe fruit and spices. Its tannic structure lends it a certain elegance which, combined with a pronounced minerality, results in a fresh red wine with a long finish. There’s no doubt it will delight even the most discerning wine lovers!

About the estate:

Marie Boudal meticulously tends her old vines (24 hectares of organic vineyards) of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvèdre (some of which are over 70 years old), which cling to the slopes of the steep hillsides of Roquessels, in the Faugères appellation. She produces two labels: Ch. des Peyregrandes and Dom. Bénézech-Boudal.
