Omega is the estate’s rare cuvée. It was created with the ambition of producing a great white wine from the south, made entirely from a tiny plot of very old Grenache Gris vines. A wine of character and distinction that successfully blends aromatic richness with mineral notes, guaranteeing intense pleasure... A captivating wine!

A very good wine, with a subtle, appealing aroma that opens up after a few minutes and a firm, full-bodied palate with a long finish. It has everything you could ask for. A truly excellent white wine that I’ll definitely keep buying.

It clearly evokes the southern Côtes du Rhône, with a soft, mellow, and warm character reminiscent of certain wines where Roussanne is the dominant variety. Pairs very well with Mediterranean fish or prawns. Its price suggests it aims to emulate a great Southern Rhône white, without quite succeeding. The price is too high, which is why I rate this objectively interesting wine a 3 instead of a 4.
