A very good wine, with a nice, subtle nose that opens up after a few minutes and a firm, full-bodied palate with a long finish. It has everything you could ask for. A truly excellent white wine that I’ll continue to buy.

It clearly evokes the Southern Rhône wines, with a soft, mellow, and warm character reminiscent of certain vintages where Roussanne is the dominant variety. Pairs very well with Mediterranean fish or prawns. Its price suggests it’s trying to emulate a great Southern Rhône white, without quite succeeding. The price is too high, which is why I’m giving this objectively interesting wine a 3 instead of a 4.
