Domaine des Capriers
In 2001, Marion Kergines and her brother Mathieu Vergnes took over Domaine des Capriers, a 30-hectare vineyard in the Côtes de Thongue IGP region, nestled between the sea and the mountains. Beginning in 2003, the two winemakers began investing in the restructuring of Domaine des Capriers, notably the construction of a fully climate-controlled winery.
Committed to the fight for biodiversity, the Domaine des Capriers vineyard is managed using integrated farming practices: minimal use of inputs, reasonable yields, and currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
