"Delicious!"

This Mediterranean cuvée, produced from a blend of 85% Vermentino and 15% Viognier, is characterized by its delicate and expressive style. The palate is smooth and round, with a beautiful richness and mineral tones that give it a long finish. This beautiful white wine is perfect with scallops or salmon tartare.

About the estate:

On the outskirts of Narbonne and on the banks of the Bages lake, the Quartouze plateau is a historic Languedoc terroir with rounded pebble soils. The bishops of the city and the Aude region had vineyards here. In 1983, engineer Georges Ortola bought an abandoned vineyard, then a second one five years later. Today, he and his children Hélène and Nelson farm 120 hectares using biodynamic methods. His vineyard is used as pasture for sheep in winter.
