"Balanced, round, and lively, a delicious vintage at a great price!"

"The name has changed, but the quality remains the same, as evidenced by this white wine with a fresh and delicate nose of white flowers and green fruit, a supple and round palate infused with white fruit (peach, pear) and citrus, stimulated by a slight bitterness that is just right on the finish." (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

Guide Hachette des vins

Wine noted (guide 2026) 1*Star (Very successful wine)

Rated estate (2025 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About wine:

The name may have changed, but the quality remains the same, as evidenced by this white wine with its fresh and delicate nose of white flowers and green fruit, supple and round on the palate, infused with white fruit (peach, pear) and citrus, stimulated by a touch of pleasant bitterness on the finish.

About the estate:

Run by the younger generation, Stéphane, Julien, and Vincent Denis, who joined in 2003, 2006, and 2009 respectively, this has been a family business since 1920; originally covering 5 hectares, it now spans 90 hectares. A flagship estate in Haut-Layon, renowned in particular for its red wines, but also very comfortable with white and rosé wines. A (very) safe bet.

Just the right amount of liveliness. Fresh. Well-balanced. Smooth acidity on the finish.
