Domaine Luneau Papin

Domaine Luneau-Papin is located 20 kilometers from Nantes, south of the Loire River. The Domaine Luneau-Papin vineyard covers 40 hectares of vines on the sun-drenched slopes of the Sèvre and Maine. Taking over from Pierre and Monique Luneau, Pierre-Marie and Marie—the estate’s ninth generation of winemakers—are now following in their predecessors’ footsteps. They carry on the family tradition by producing a Muscadet de Terroir that has made the estate famous, and they sell only their own harvest. At Domaine Luneau-Papin, each plot is harvested by hand, vinified, and aged separately to preserve the authentic character of each terroir, with each plot tended like a “garden.” The 12 distinctive cuvées produced from these plots are tangible proof of this.
