Under the leadership of Juliette d’Assay, Tracy has become an icon of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Perched above the Loire River, its vineyards are dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s specialty. Very aromatic, with white-fleshed fruit and a lovely lingering finish. Be mindful of the food-wine pairing so as not to overpower the dish.

A truly beautiful wine. It has great body and a lovely finish. This applies to the 2010 vintage. The 2011 is slightly less developed.
