Pale yellow color with slightly golden, brilliant highlights
Nose
Very expressive, aromas of white fruit and boxwood, fresh citrus and mineral notes, beautiful complexity with hints of white pepper and basil.
Mouth
Ample attack, fresh and mouthwatering, notes of grapefruit and yuzu followed by toasted, roasted touches, very nice length with delicate salinity.

About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, allow for the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs and just as many sure values that never disappoint. Everything is progressing and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
