The very young Dócil 2024, just bottled and still developing, is closer to the initial idea of producing a kind of Kabinett trocken from Loureiro grapes with moderate ripeness and high acidity, balanced by a little residual sugar. They carried out a gentle pressing, without maceration, in order to obtain elegance and a little volume. It has very good balance. The provenance of the grapes changed from this vintage onwards, which comes from a more Atlantic region, and the year was also cooler than 2022." (The Wine Advocate 2025)

About wine:
The very young Dócil 2024, just bottled and still in development, is closer to the initial idea of producing a kind of Kabinett trocken from Loureiro grapes with moderate ripeness and high acidity, counterbalanced by a little residual sugar, only about three grams. They conducted trials ranging from completely dry to 18 grams, and this was the one they preferred in terms of balance. They carried out gentle pressing, without maceration, in order to achieve elegance and a little volume. It has very good balance. The origin of the grapes changed from this vintage onwards, which comes from a more Atlantic region, and the year was also cooler than 2022. 2026-2032
