Bettane & Desseauve
"This age-worthy wine is characterized by its refined structure, body, and complexity"
The palate is elegant and complex, with beautiful depth and a powerful structure refined by careful aging. Aged for 18 months in barrels (no new barrels) followed by one year in tanks, this process lends a smooth texture and toasted notes to this fruit-forward wine. Made from old Syrah vines enhanced with Grenache and Carignan!

Rated Estate Award-winning Wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)
About the estate:
François Collard is a regular in the Guide, with his wines often ranking highly. Established in 1994, he began bottling wines from the family vineyards (65 hectares certified organic since 2014) under two labels: Mourgues du Grès, which belonged to the Ursuline convent of Beaucaire until the Revolution, and La Tour de Béraud, named after a 14th-century watchtower Never short on ideas, the Collard couple invites visitors to explore every facet of the estate via a marked trail equipped with Bluetooth markers.
