About the estate:
Over the past 15 years, the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel has expanded by acquiring estates in the southern Rhône Valley. This strategy has proven successful both in the Luberon, with La Vieille Ferme, and in the other terroirs featured here. Their mastery of fermentation and appropriate aging techniques have played a major role in this success.

Excellent—very pleasant on the palate. It pairs perfectly with my rougail sausage. Open it 20 to 30 minutes before serving, and it will reveal its full potential.
