Just looking at this lovely white Crozes with its green hues is enough to make your mouth water. On the nose, mineral and citrus notes with floral aromas. On the palate, it’s fresh with floral notes and a subtle finish featuring white-fleshed fruits. Please note: limited quantities available.

Rated Estate (2021 Guide) Selected (An estate or winery that impressed us with one or more of its wines, though we are unable to offer a general assessment of the style of its entire lineup)

About the estate:

Lucie and Nacy Fourel withdrew their vineyards from the cooperative winery in 2010, the year of their first vintage. Today, their 10 hectares are vinified using native yeasts and without SO₂, with more convincing results for their reds than for their whites.
