“A refined Syrah”

Selected from the finest barrels of Syrah grapes grown on vines over 40 years old, the Paul cuvée reflects even more vividly the character of its terroir, which is even more "untamed" and sun-drenched. Notes of vanilla, licorice, and dry earth give way to a palate of ripe plums, both velvety and full-bodied. Benefiting from a longer maceration, this Vieilles Vignes cuvée perfectly expresses the richness of a distinguished Syrah.
