Domaine de la Ville Rouge - Crozes Hermitage Paul 2018

Bettane & Desseauve
"A distinguished Syrah"
Selected from the best barrels of Syrah vines over 40 years old, the Paul cuvée further reflects the appeal of its terroir, which is even more "wild" and sunny. Notes of vanilla, licorice, and dry earth give way to a velvety, full-bodied palate of ripe plums. Benefiting from a longer maceration, this Vieilles Vignes cuvée perfectly expresses the richness of a racy Syrah.
