Founded in 2003 through the merger of the Les Roches Blanches winery in Mormoiron and La Montagne Rouge winery in Villes-sur-Auzon, both established in 1929, this cooperative brings together over one hundred members and offers a fine selection of Ventoux wines. It also organizes tours to explore the region and its wines.
