About the estate:
Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been at the helm of the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which spans some 50 hectares of excellent terroirs at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, particularly through a network of restaurants and wine shops. A sure bet, the estate has begun the transition to organic farming. Véronique’s daughter has just joined the venture.

Wine rated (2024 guide) 90/100
About the wine:
This wine, made from Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Grenache grown on limestone soils, offers notes of crushed raspberries and ripe black fruits; it is fairly dense without being overly compact or tight. It has a lovely density of fruit and good depth; it will develop with age and gain even more elegance. It already possesses plenty of charm and a lovely finish. (RVF Magazine No. 682, Tour de France, July–August 2024)

About the wine:

Rated Winery Recommended
About the wine:
The core and color are a deep, brilliant purple. Pure and aromatic, with notes of blackcurrant, cherry, lavender, and garrigue. The palate is dense, with good acidity and ripe tannins; approachable flavors of black fruits, garrigue, mint, and tobacco lead to a long, full-bodied finish.
