Using the traditional method. This method produces naturally sparkling wines without the need to add yeast or sugar. The wine, while still fermenting, is bottled, where fermentation continues, creating bubbles and foam. Filtration is performed before final bottling.

Expressive and rich in red fruit flavors (cherry, raspberry, grape)

Palate

Here, the Gamay reveals its rich, indulgent character both on the nose and on the palate, with notes of cherry, grape, raspberry, and more... Beautiful effervescence and a fine mousse. The wine exhibits a lovely overall finesse.

This slightly sweet wine should be served at a cooler temperature—even "chilled"—at 2–3°C.
