"A well-opened Fronton, dominated by jammy black fruits, with subtle floral notes. The attack is fresh, almost light, then a perfect harmony is achieved thanks to a framework of melted, licorice-flavored tannins." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2022)

About wine:

A well-opened Fronton, dominated by jammy black fruits, with subtle floral notes. The attack is fresh, almost light, then a perfect harmony is achieved thanks to a framework of melted, licorice-flavored tannins.

About the estate:

A computer scientist and Parisian in a previous life, Guy Salmona switched to winegrowing in Fronton when he bought this estate. In 2009, he began converting his 45 hectares of vines to organic farming (now complete). A sure bet in the Fronton region.
