Domaine Vincent Carême

Domaine Vincent Carême cultivates 15 hectares of vines in the Vouvray appellation, using a single grape variety: Chenin Blanc. For several years now, he has been practicing organic farming (Domaine certified): the soil is naturally grassed in the middle of the rows and worked under the rows, and the grapes are harvested by hand.

The care lavished with passion is echoed in the cellar, where everything is done as naturally as possible, in tune with the best that Chenin Blanc has to offer. This winegrower, resolutely committed to a quality approach that is still all too rare in the Loire Valley, offers the vision of an exceptional vineyard that carries the colors of Loire Valley wines high, and has succeeded year after year in establishing Domaine Vincent Carême as a benchmark in its Vouvray appellation.
