Domaine Vincent Carême

The Domaine Vincent Carême cultivates 15 hectares of vines in the Vouvray appellation with a single grape variety: Chenin Blanc. Several years ago, it made the decision to switch to organic farming (certified estate): the soil is naturally grassed between the rows and worked under the vines, and the grapes are harvested by hand.

The passionate care taken in the vineyard is echoed in the cellar, where everything is done as naturally as possible, listening to what Chenin Blanc has to offer. This winemaker, who is firmly committed to a quality approach that is still too rare in the Loire Valley, offers a vision of an exceptional vineyard that flies the flag for Loire Valley wines and, year after year, has established Domaine Vincent Carême as a benchmark in its Vouvray appellation.
