Robert Parker

The Riesling Saarburger Rausch Auslese ** 2017 (Golden Capsule) is intense and concentrated on the nose, fresh and spicy, indicating a fine botrytis with notes of candied lemon and rye bread. Lush and sweet as well as refined and spicy on the palate, this is an incredibly fruity and rich Auslese with great finesse and a light but intense and aromatic body. The finish is intense yet delicate, multidimensional and refined. A magnificent Auslese from Rausch in Saarburg." (Wine Advocate 2019 - Stephan Reinhardt)
