“A German Pinot Blanc with a distinctly Burgundian style, offering a wide range of fresh and candied citrus aromas. It boasts impressive concentration and a fascinating interplay of subtle oak, creamy lees character, and a touch of flinty minerality on the medium-bodied palate. About the wine:
Molitor's 2022 Einstern Pinot Blanc is deep, pure, fresh, and intense, with a stony, mineral-driven nose reminiscent of ripe yellow apples and crushed slate. Lively and refined from the very first sip, this is a stimulating, juicy, and round Pinot Blanc with a silky texture, featuring succulent, flavorful fruit and an intense, aromatic finish. It is much fruitier than the Haus Klosterberg Chardonnay and juicier than the Haus Klosterberg Pinot Blanc. This is a serious wine that pairs well with almost any fish, white meat, or cheese dish. 12.5% alcohol by volume. Natural cork. Tasted in September 2024. 2026–2040
