" Now a winemaker in Fleurie, Grégoire Hoppenot works his 9 hectares of vines like a garden and is fortunate to benefit from a beautiful diversity of terroirs: Les Moriers, Les Garants, Poncié, La Roilette, Les Roches. As for the Morgon plot, it is located on Bellevue (Corcelette terroir)... Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the grapes are vinified whole.
