"Vinified like a light red wine!"

This Bordeaux Clairet, vinified as a light red wine, is a real curiosity. It's fruity, fresh and tender, yet well-balanced and full of character. The Cabernet Franc from which it is made gives it great elegance. Ideal as a summer aperitif, with cold buffets and grilled meats. Discover it for yourself!

About the domain :

In 1290, the Fontenille site in the Entre-deux-Mers region was already planted with vines. Then part of the Sauve-Majeure abbey, this estate with its siliceous-clay terroir became independent in the 17th century. Since 1998, it has been run by Stéphane Defraine, who heads 56 ha of vines, including 20 white and 36 red, currently undergoing organic conversion.
