They are immediately recognizable by their refined texture and beautiful length. The estate has showcased the terroirs of Marsannay as well as a fine selection of Gevrey-Chambertin wines, including the magnificent Clos Saint-Jacques and the estate’s crowning jewel: the elegant and refined Chambertin Clos de Bèze. Very elegant, both in color and on the palate. A lovely wine that pairs perfectly with red meat—preferably served rare. It has a lovely acidity—typical of this vintage—that blends beautifully with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant.
