By aging her Burgundy Pinot Noir in concrete vats, Agnès Paquet focuses on the freshness of red fruit and deliciousness. The crisp acidity blends very well with the supple structure. Excellent value for money!

Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rating (2016 guide) 15/20 (2013 vintage) (Very good wine)
Rated estate (2021 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
Agnès Paquet produced her first vintage in Meloisey in 2001 on a family plot located in Auxey-Duresses. She has masterfully managed her estate, which now covers 12.5 hectares in Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Auxey-Duresses, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin, where the vines are intelligently cultivated according to organic principles. The whites are straightforward and refined, while the reds, partially vinified from whole clusters, are precise and delicious. Of particular note is the production of a house sparkling wine, made using traditional methods and produced exclusively from Aligoté grapes.

Rated estate (2021 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)
About the estate:
It was to prevent the sale of her family's plot of land in Auxey-Duresses that Agnès Paquet, a business school graduate, chose to become a winemaker. She produced her first vintage in 2001. The style continues to favor frankness and freshness, which we greatly appreciate.

Quite harsh and almost entirely acidic. I had trouble finishing my glass and didn't have a second serving...

A simple Pinot Noir, but with lots of charm and fruitiness.
