"Joseph Drouhin's grandson, Robert Drouhin, created this cuvée to embody the idea of Burgundy that introduces people to Burgundy—and does so with charm!"

With a golden yellow color and green highlights, this Chardonnay offers a lively bouquet of citrus aromas, complemented by hints of honey and vanilla. It reveals an elegant and round texture on the palate: a fruity, lively wine, a classic and very charming Burgundy! - screw cap

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide to the Best Wines of France

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Rated estate (2022 guide) 2 stars (These very large estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the estate:

This house is now run by Frédéric Drouhin, assisted by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe for the vines. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and is establishing itself as a sure bet. The house relies on a biodynamic vineyard that is particularly well endowed with great whites, in Côte-de-Beaune but also in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
