As with all of our wines, our top priority is to express the terroir and honor the character of each vintage. This is certainly true of this delightful cuvée, rich in red fruit aromas—raspberries, red currants, and blackcurrants—with lovely spicy notes on the palate and light, silky tannins. A wonderfully approachable bottle! - screw cap

About the estate:
This winery is now led by Frédéric Drouhin, supported by his sister Véronique for the wines and by his brother Philippe in the vineyards. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and is establishing itself as a sure bet. The winery draws on a biodynamic vineyard that is particularly rich in great white wines, both in the Côte-de-Beaune and in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
