Made from vines planted between Savigny-les-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, Chorey-lès-Beaune Les Beaumonts is an ideal introduction to Burgundy wines. Very fine and complex, with notes of red fruit and raspberry, it reveals itself with great elegance on the nose. On the palate, it's powerful but above all delicate, with smooth, fine tannins. A very fine Pinot Noir!

Domaine rated (2020 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
Born of winegrower and cooper parents, Sylvain Dussort and his wife set up in 1982, and now farm 6.5 hectares in regional and village appellations in Meursault and Chorey-lès-Beaune. Their farming methods are opposed to systematic pest control, and vinification uses only indigenous yeasts, in the Burgundian tradition, with barrel ageing. Sylvain is also an advocate of the new Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation, which he proudly claims as of the 2017 vintage.
