Produced from vines planted between Savigny-les-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, Chorey-lès-Beaune Les Beaumonts is ideal for familiarizing yourself with Burgundy wines. Very refined and complex, with notes of red fruit and raspberry, it reveals itself on the nose with great elegance. On the palate, it is powerful but above all delicate, with mellow, refined tannins. A very fine Pinot Noir!

Rated estate (2020 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))
About the estate:
Born to parents who were winegrowers and coopers, Sylvain Dussort and his wife settled here in 1982 and now cultivate 6.5 hectares of regional and village appellations in Meursault and Chorey-lès-Beaune. Their cultivation methods are opposed to systematic pest control, and their vinification process uses only indigenous yeasts and follows Burgundian tradition, with aging in barrels. Sylvain is also a proponent of the new Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation, which he has proudly claimed since the 2017 vintage.
