Joseph Drouhin - Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru 2014

Joseph Drouhin - Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru 2014

Still robust in its youth, the Corton Bressandes reveals powerful aromas of candied fruit that will evolve into spicy and musky notes over time. On the palate, a rich texture balances the tannins, complemented by lovely acidity. A long finish!

Rated estate (2022 guide) 2*Stars (These exceptional estates, often boasting fabulous terroirs, are must-haves that, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their wines, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers)

About the estate:

The estate is now led by Frédéric Drouhin, supported by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe in the vineyards. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and has established itself as a sure bet. The estate draws on a biodynamic vineyard particularly well-stocked with great white wines, in the Côte-de-Beaune as well as in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
