1*Étoile
Hachette
"This Pommard 1er cru is a real charmer with an irresistible richness!"
"This frequently featured cuvée takes its name from a heart-shaped vineyard located within the Charmots 1er Cru. On the nose, it offers a lovely fruity bouquet of strawberries and raspberries, followed by a rich, indulgent palate with supple, refined tannins. A Pommard that is already very approachable and can be enjoyed in its youth. 2026–2030” (Guide Hachette 2026)

Rated estate (2022 guide): 3*Stars (High-quality production that serves as a benchmark in its sector)
About the estate:
Although he has been based in the town of Meursault since 1998, Rodolphe Demougeot has been developing a vineyard estate since 1992, the core of which—7.8 hectares—consists mainly of a fine selection of Pommard and Savigny-lès-Beaune crus. The red wines, made from meticulously sorted grapes—whole or destemmed—and vinified in concrete tanks, possess a vitality that ensures they are drinkable even in their youth, with a rich, indulgent style that is well-suited to dining and to those who enjoy drinking their wines young. The white wines, on the other hand, offer a clean, crisp, and well-structured profile.

Rated Estate (2022 Guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all estates listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the excellence of French winemaking.)
About the estate:
Rodolphe Demougeot founded his winery in 1992. He primarily produces lively, full-bodied red wines that age very well. Today, they are harmonious, free of the harsh finishes that characterized past vintages.
