Rodolphe Demougeot
Thanks to the respect for the land instilled in him by his grandparents, who were winemakers, Rodolphe Demougeot founded his winery in 1992 in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Originally, the vineyard of Rodolphe Demougeot covers 3 hectares in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, and Beaune. Over time, Rodolphe Demougeot acquired new plots in the municipalities of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie, and Meursault, where he established his winery in 1998.

Today, the Rodolphe Demougeot estate comprises 8 hectares of vineyards, which he cultivates using sustainable methods to best capture the unique character of each of his plots. All plots are plowed and treated with no herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand, whether for Chardonnay or Pinot Noir. Most vineyard work, as well as bottling, is carried out according to the lunar calendar.
