Rodolphe Demougeot
Thanks to the respect for the land instilled in him by his grandparents, who were winemakers, Rodolphe Demougeot founded his estate in 1992 in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

At first, the vineyard in Rodolphe Demougeot covers 3 hectares in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, and Beaune. Over time, Rodolphe Demougeot acquired new plots of land in the municipalities of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie, and Meursault, where he established his estate in 1998.

Today, the Rodolphe Demougeot estate comprises 8 hectares of vineyards, which he cultivates using sustainable methods to best express the identity of each of his plots. All of the plots are plowed and treated with no herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand, whether for Chardonnay or Pinot Noir. Most vineyard work, as well as bottling, is carried out according to the lunar calendar.
