Rodolphe Demougeot
Thanks to the respect for the land instilled by his winemaking grandparents, Rodolphe Demougeot created his domaine in 1992 in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune region.

Initially, the vineyards of Rodolphe Demougeot covers 3 hectares in Hautes-Côte de Beaune, Pommard and Beaune. Over the years, Rodolphe Demougeot acquired new plots in the communes of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie and Meursault, where he set up his domaine in 1998.

Today, the Rodolphe Demougeot estate comprises 8 hectares of vines, which he cultivates in a sustainable manner to best reflect the identity of each of his parcels. All parcels are ploughed and do not receive any herbicides. Both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested by hand. Most of the work in the vineyard, as well as bottling, is carried out according to the lunar calendar.
