Château Fuissé

Château Fuissé has been owned by the Vincent family since 1862, and it is now up to Antoine, the fifth generation, to perpetuate the excellence of this estate located in the heart of the Mâconnais region. The 40-hectare vineyard is located in the communes of Fuissé and Pouilly, halfway up the slope with south/southeast exposure.

The clay-limestone soils give Château Fuissé wines both structure and elegance. The vines are tended using traditional methods, applying sustainable viticulture and only organic fertilizers, preserving the terroirs. The soil is worked by plot to limit erosion and ensure respect and authenticity. The Château Fuissé vines are harvested separately and manually according to the "climats" and are located mainly in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Finally, traditional Burgundian vinification and several months of aging in oak barrels make the Château Fuissé estate's vintages undisputed benchmarks in southern Burgundy.
