"Fans of this appellation: this exceptional Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru will make your meal unforgettable!"

“A Premier Cru vineyard located behind the château, planted with 60-year-old Chardonnay vines. In the glass, this is a Pouilly of exceptional expression, with subtle buttery and vanilla notes, followed by delicate hints of chamomile, jasmine, and lemon. On the palate, it is at once full-bodied, substantial, creamy, and lively, displaying remarkable balance and length. It deserves to be paired with a fine dish, such as veal sweetbreads with morels.” (Hachette Guide 2026)

Rated 3 stars (A high-quality product that serves as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

Antoine and Bénédicte Vincent, brother and sister, manage this historic 40-hectare estate, which spans the Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon, and Juliénas appellations. The soils are carefully tended, viticulture is sustainable, and the wines are aged in barrels from a single cooper to ensure consistency, adhering to rigorous standards. The estate offers cuvées marketed under both a château line and a négociant line. Note that the Clos and Brûlées cuvées are classified as Premier Cru starting with the 2020 vintage.

About the wine:

A Premier Cru vineyard located behind the château, planted with 60-year-old Chardonnay vines. It calls for a fine dish—veal sweetbreads with morels, for example.

About the estate:

This iconic Fuissé estate currently cultivates 40 hectares of Chardonnay on the appellation’s finest terroirs. The Vincent family has owned it since 1862, and Antoine—an agricultural engineer and oenologist—has been at the helm since 2003. From its 15th-century cellars emerge wines of international renown: 80% are sold for export.

About the estate:

This historic estate has been owned by the Vincent family since 1862. The château is home to numerous old vines. Since 2003, Antoine Vincent has been producing wines here from the major appellations of the Mâconnais region, including two Premier Crus in Fuissé, as well as a small 3-hectare vineyard in Juliénas. The 2020 vintage allows us to celebrate the mastery of oak aging and the more consistent management style suited to this great vintage.
