Édouard Labruyère’s enthusiasm and determination to establish this estate among the ranks of the grands crus are remarkable. His efforts are evident in the vineyard—which has been farmed organically since 1997—in the cellar, where large oak casks and demi-muids have been introduced since 2012, and, most importantly, in the glass.
