In fact, he took care to award it a gold medal in 1810. The Chiquet family bought the Jacquesson brand in 1974. They then set up shop in Dizy and spearheaded the reconstruction of a trendy house. The Chiquet brothers, who are passionate about wine, are behind the rebirth of this brand, which is proving very popular with consumers. This champagne house is based on a 30-hectare vineyard located in Avize, Dizy, Ay, and Hautvillers. The brand is becoming increasingly well known, but this has not led it to overproduce. In fact, the house remains focused on cuvées from single vineyard plots.

Champagne connoisseurs favor Jacquesson, which offers beautiful cuvées with unique personalities. The low dosage and aging in oak barrels make each cuvée a true delight. The 736, for example, develops powerful, slightly salty aromas. However, it should be noted that the number changes every year. In 1999, Jacquesson sought to emphasize its independence. It therefore focused on its grape varieties and vineyards. It did not neglect to promote its people and its territory. The 728 cuvée was launched, marking the Manifesto of the 700 Cuvées. Each bottle is marked with three digits indicating its year of birth.
