Guardiola is one of my favorite Etna wines. It expresses itself with firmness and sophistication, featuring notes of blackcurrant supported by lovely minerality and hints of dried flowers. Pale ruby. A mineral-driven nose with notes of spice and a hint of cherry in the background. It is concentrated and elegant, with a touch of tannin. Best enjoyed after another year of aging.
