Rated estate (2023 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all the estates listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the pinnacle of French winemaking.)

About the estate:

Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in the Languedoc in the early 2010s. After a few years of searching, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. The wine is carefully aged in barrels. A promising new force in this wild and stony region of the Corbières. This is a winery with a bright future!
