This pure, high-altitude Grenache Noir boasts a deep, very dark color. Its explosive nose is intensely fragrant with notes of camphor and menthol set against a backdrop of pure fruit. On the palate, it is harmonious, smooth, and velvety, with tannins that are still firm yet elegant. A wine balanced by lively freshness and a long, spicy finish. A truly beautiful bottle!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated Estate (2023 Guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all the estates listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the pinnacle of French winemaking.)
About the estate:
Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in the Languedoc in the early 2010s. After several years of searching, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. The wine is carefully aged in barrels. A promising new force in this wild and stony part of the Corbières. This is a winery with a bright future!
