Domaine des 2 Clés
The Domaine des 2 Clés consists of 10 hectares certified organic and 4 hectares currently undergoing certification. The estate was founded in 2015 by a couple passionate about wine who met in Beaune: Gaëlle Richter, a Burgundian oenologist, and Florian Richter, a German wine trade expert. Enriched by their travels and experiences, they settled in Fontjoncouse in the Languedoc after taking on a major challenge: finding a vineyard that was still affordable yet had real potential.
Set in a magical landscape, perched on the hillsides of the Corbières appellation near the Mediterranean, this terroir—at an elevation of 275 to 350 meters—reveals a true freshness, featuring old vines, some of which are over 111 years old. A true Gem celebrated through its wines.
The vineyards at Domaine des 2 Clés are cultivated using biodynamic methods, in harmony with the environment and tailored to each individual plot.
The winemaking process aims to be as pure as possible, guided by a Burgundian spirit: gentle extraction techniques that highlight the fruit to deliver finesse and elegance. The wines of Domaine des 2 Clés are already featured on the menu of three-Michelin-starred chef Gilles Goujon at L'Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse.
