Dominated by Carignan (70%) from the oldest Paradis Valley vines, this cuvée demonstrates the full potential of this estate. The wine is concentrated, powerful and typically Southern (garrigue-spices), crafted with elegance and superb freshness, bringing length and racy character. A cuvée with great ageing potential!

Wine rated (guide 2023) 92/100 (Vintage 2019)

Domaine noté (guide 2023) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).

About the domain :

Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in the Languedoc region in early 2010. After a few years of research, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. Careful attention is paid to barrel ageing. A great boost for this wild and stony sector of the Corbières. This is an estate that will go far!

Wine that lacks balance, the palate is stiff, the natural side is very pronounced with a very clear deviation in the mouth.... It's a shame
