Here’s your perfect introduction to this wonderful Corbières estate. This wine showcases the fruitiness of Carignan (90%) with a touch of Syrah, vinified from whole clusters using gentle extraction to allow the fruit to shine through, accented by peppery notes. It’s incredibly easy to drink— a delightful, indulgent, and instantly satisfying experience!

Rated Estate (2023 Guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all the estates listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the pinnacle of French winemaking.)

About the estate:

Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in the Languedoc in the early 2010s. After several years of searching, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. The wine is carefully aged in barrels. A promising new force in this wild and stony part of the Corbières. This is a winery with a bright future!
