2019 was a low-yield year, and the idea was to set aside this plot of Cinsault, which is usually included in the Les Obriers blend. This wine is made from 100% Cinsault, a long-forgotten local grape variety, and vinified on its own. Fruit takes center stage, with vibrancy and richness tinged with sweet spices.
