2019 was a low-yield year, so the idea was to isolate this plot of Cinsault, which is usually included in the Les Obriers blend. Made from 100% Cinsault, a long-forgotten local grape variety, and vinified on its own. The fruit is at the center, with brightness and richness tinged with sweet spices. An atypical cuvée with a strong identity. Worth discovering!
