"Generous, crisp, and opulent—a truly beautiful fine-dining white wine"

Deusyls de La Pèira is characterized by a beautiful balance and a rounded mouthfeel. The nose reveals honeyed, floral, and fresh pineapple aromas. Generous and with low acidity, it pairs sumptuously with French cuisine. A white wine with lovely freshness, it serves as a distinguished alternative to red wine.

About the wine:

The 2021 Hérault Deusyls IGP is remarkable, with fragrant, medium-bodied to full-bodied aromas and flavors of orange blossom, honeyed peach, and toasted spices. A blend of 45% Roussanne, 20% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, and the remainder Viognier and Marsanne, it lacks the brilliance of the 2020 vintage but offers good freshness, a richer and fuller palate, and an excellent finish. It could easily be mistaken for a top-tier white wine from the Northern Rhône and will shine at the dinner table.
