"Full-bodied, fresh, and opulent, a beautiful white wine for fine dining."

Deusyls de La Pèira is characterized by a beautiful balance and roundness. The nose reveals honeyed, floral, and fresh pineapple aromas. Generous, with low acidity, it pairs sumptuously with French cuisine. A beautifully fresh white wine that serves as a distinguished alternative to red wine.

About wine:

The 2021 Hérault Deusyls IGP is remarkable, with fragrant, medium-bodied to full-bodied aromas and flavors of orange blossom, honeyed peach, and toasted spices. A blend of 45% Roussanne, 20% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, and the rest Viognier and Marsanne, it lacks the brightness of the 2020, but it has good freshness, a richer and broader palate, and an excellent finish. It could easily be mistaken for a top-notch Northern Rhône white wine and will shine at the table.
