"This cuvée will instantly charm lovers of Languedoc Sauvignon Blanc".

Only one hectare of vines contributes to the production of this Cuvée Les Pierres Blanches, making it a rare wine, but above all one of great quality. With its beautiful golden yellow color, this white wine offers great tension, with an assertive floral nose and beautiful minerality on the palate. Its perfect balance makes it a pleasure to drink.

About the domain :

Sophie and Thibaud Bardi de Fourtou took over this historic Faugères estate in 2017. The wines we tasted for this edition are the latest witnesses to the transition from Jean-Michel Alquier to the new owners. The couple's aim? To perpetuate the style of the house, whose vineyards are dominated by old syrahs from massal selections (among the first planted in Languedoc in the 1960s by Jean-Michel Alquier's father, Gilbert), complemented by mourvèdre and grenache. We're keeping a close eye on this new development.
