"This vintage will instantly charm lovers of Languedoc Sauvignon Blanc."

Only one hectare of vines contributes to the production of this Les Pierres Blanches cuvée, making it a rare wine, but above all one of great quality. With its beautiful golden yellow color, this white wine offers great tension, with a pronounced floral nose and a beautiful minerality on the palate. Its perfect balance makes it a pleasure to taste.

About the estate:

Sophie and Thibaud Bardi de Fourtou took over this historic estate in Faugères in 2017. The wines we tasted for this edition are the last examples of the transition between Jean-Michel Alquier and the new owners. The couple's goal? To perpetuate the style of the estate, whose vineyard is dominated by old Syrah vines from massal selections (among the first planted in Languedoc in the 1960s by Jean-Michel Alquier's father, Gilbert), complemented by Mourvèdre and Grenache. We remain attentive to this new turning point.
